Hassle-free returns and exchanges
We want you to be satisfied when you shop with VANCICO, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy.
a. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items by contacting us within 30 days of delivery.
b. If you find that the items are damaged after receiving the goods, please contact us in time and we will send out new products for free within 7-10 working days.

Return & Exchange Terms
1. Contact Us First:  Before returning or exchanging items, please get in touch with VANCICO via Email: service@vancico.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
2. Merchandise Condition: Artwork must be in the same condition it arrived, packaged carefully and returned in its original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Therefore, be careful when unpacking the artwork you receive.
3. Damages and Issues: For artwork that arrives damaged, we ask for photos of the damage so we can learn more about what went wrong with our specific shipment.
4. Return Time Limit: You need to request a return within 30 days of receipt of the art and complete the return within 14 days.
5. Use a Shipping Method with Tracking Information: When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method with tracking information. Returns or exchanges without tracking will NOT be processed.
6. Promotional Gifts also Need to be Returned: To return an item, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned item. Otherwise, the retail value of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

 

Return Address & Return Fee

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

 

Refunds & Processing
1. We strive to process refunds or exchanges within 2-5 days after receiving the returned package.
a. For PayPal account holders, please allow up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear on your PayPal account.
b. For credit card refunds, the transaction takes 5-7 business days to complete.
2. Refunds will be refunded to your original payment account and cannot be refunded to other cards or other payment methods.

Package Lost
When the post office confirms delivery but the customer claims not to have received it, please contact our customer service team promptly and provide clear proof of loss, and we will resend the package to you.

Unauthorized Approved Return Cases
If the return or exchange service request does not comply with our regulations or the product is not a VANCICO product, VANCICO will not accept the returned product. In this case, the original merchandise will be returned,
