At Vancico, we prioritize providing a seamless shipping experience to ensure our customers receive their orders promptly. Once your order has been placed, our team at Vancico will process it promptly.


The estimated delivery time = order creating time + package shipping time.

Order Creating Time

The work you ordered is 100% hand-made by professional artists and will take approximately 7 -10 days to complete, depending on the difficulty. When creating a painting, the Artist will show you photos and videos of the painting you ordered. You'll be able to express all your wishes, such as colors and shades. And artist will make all the necessary changes. Only when you are completely satisfied with your painting, We will ship it to you. If during the communication, you are not satisfied with the painting, the delivery of the order may be delayed.

Package Shipping Time & Shipping Countries & Shipping Fee

Countries/regions that can be shipped to the US, CA, and UK. Generally 7-10 days by FedEx/DHL. Depending on the destination and the size of the work, we use delivery companies such as FedEx or DHL.

Shipping costs are included in the price, regardless of destination.

Notice:
DHL Express is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We only ship to P.O. PO Boxes and Military (APO, FPO) addresses via free standard shipping.

How are the artworks packaged?
Framed paintings are packed carefully in a quality wooden box.


Is the delivery of the artwork insured?
Absolutely! VANCICO ensures the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs.

Can I get artwork delivered to a different country or a different person?

We will deliver to the address you gave on your order. Generally, we set the delivery date with the person who will receive the work and whose name you gave. If it’s a surprise or a present, let us know!

International taxes & duties

Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. However, if applicable, we will support any communication of information with customs as necessary.

 TRACK ORDER

If the package does not arrive within 30 days of placing your order, please contact our customer service and we will respond as soon as possible.
Tracking Information
When it comes to tracking your order, we understand the importance of staying informed. That's why we provide a tracking number for every shipment.
1. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number;
2. Simply enter this number on the TRACK ORDER page, and you'll be able to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Please note: Emails notifying you that your order has been shipped may be identified as spam. Please check carefully.
